Microsoft has been working for years to make thin clients more acceptable in the enterprise yet they continue to fall short of users expectations. Microsoft Windows Thin PC or “WinTPC” will hopefully dismiss those preconceived notions by aiding users in ensuring that they will always have adequate disk space and secure systems simply by preventing them from writing applications to the local disk-drive and helping them to drive down costs.
