Microsoft Makes Pledge to Provide Quick and Temporary Fix for Critical IE

Unsuspecting users are currently visiting booby-trapped websites and Microsoft has announced plans to provide a quick and temporary fix to help combat it. Microsoft is currently aware of 3 web sites that have suffered exploits, they include nod32XX.com, led-professional-symposium.org, and defensenews.in, an India-based news portal. Visiting these sites will install the Poison Ivy and PlugX remote access trojans allowing the attacker to remotely issue commands and monitor e-mail and instant message communications on infected machines.
