Customers more fond of Windows 7 than Snow Leopard

After its release on October 22, the positive grade for customer satisfaction grew to 67% in only a week, from 64% on October 21.

Snow Leopard, Apple’s latest upgrade, on the other hand grew with 1% in its first week of release, August 28, 2009, and only managed to grow to 6.9% at the end of 2009

“We’re encouraged that we’re delivered a version of Windows that meets what our customers want: a simpler PC that fits with their life,” said Tami Reller, a Windows vice president.
