With Adobe prepping a new release of their Flash development tool, it may be time for the return of the Flash plug-in. That combined with Microsoft preaching about the new ‘plugin-free Web’ for the last couple of years, clearly they do not believe that Flash is dead yet which is why IE 10 on Windows RT was released with not only Adobe’s Flash built into the browser, but its also regularly updated along with their operating system in an to avoid the regular security problems associated with hackers turning their attention away from the better-secured Windows operating system and onto common applications like Adobe’s Flash and Acrobat.
