Last week Microsoft released its Windows Phone 7 “Mango” mobile OS to manufacturers, and this week they followed up by releasing an updated version of its Mango software development kit (SDK) to developers. The Windows Phone SDK 7.1 “Beta 2 Refresh,” as Microsoft is calling it, can now be downloaded from the Mango Connect website.
Improvements in this release include locked APIs, an improved profiler, screenshot functionality in the WP7 emulator, along with the ability to install NuGet into WP7 SDK tools and a first look at the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace Test Kit.
