Microsoft’s Releases H.264 Plug-In for Google Chrome Users

Obviously the H.264 plug-in development was well underway prior to yesterday claims by Google about Microsoft stealing search engine results from the search engine giant and using them on BING. Microsoft announced last month that they would be discontinuing support for H.264 video, concerning developers that it would hold back HTML5 adoption. However Microsoft today released a plug-in for the Google Chrome browser that will offer H.264 video support even after Google pulls the plug on support for the video technology.
