Will Windows Phone 7.5 Overtake Android Mobile Space?

On one hand, Microsoft is profiting from Android device sales, as they have patent royalties which apply to all Android tablets that are manufactured. But now, as mobile device manufacturers are considering the move from Android to Windows Phone 7.5, can Microsoft use that to their advantage even more?


One report from ZDNet Asia indicates that mobile manufacturer HTC is considering Windows Phone 7, or more specifically Windows Phone 7.5, Mango, which includes a new “People” social networking app which brings social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Windows Live together in one app, as it really should be everywhere. Mango could be a huge game changer.
